Member Participation Agreement

Read this before you join. It is short on purpose, and every line of it is load-bearing. By joining, you agree to all of it.

What this is

A closed, verified peer community for physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and nurses. We meet live once a month. Most members also sit in a standing small group of eight to twelve people that meets monthly with the same faces every time. In between, we talk, share resources, and answer each other's questions in writing.

It exists so that clinicians have one place where the real version of the job can be said out loud without it costing them anything.

What this is not

• It is not medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. Everything said here is peer experience.

• No clinician–patient relationship is created between you and any member, facilitator, or Healing Intelligence Network LLC.

• It is not therapy and does not replace it. Facilitators are not your treating clinician.

• It is not a place for clinical case questions. Take those to your usual channels.

• Participating here does not discharge any reporting or safety obligation you have at work.

Confidentiality

What is said here stays here. You will not repeat, quote, screenshot, forward, or post anything from this community outside it — including in de-identified or anonymized form, and including on social media. This obligation does not end when your membership does.

The limits, stated honestly

We will not promise you something we cannot deliver.

• Communications here are not legally privileged and may be discoverable in litigation. Nothing about a peer community creates peer-review protection.

• Facilitators who hold behavioral health licenses carry mandatory reporting obligations and do not set them aside in this room.

• If someone here appears to be in danger, or a patient appears to be in danger, we will act. We will tell you we are acting.

• This community runs on third-party software. That provider holds data under its own terms, and we are not able to change that.

If a matter is one you would not want discoverable, do not bring it here. Bring it to a lawyer or a treating clinician. We would rather tell you that than have you learn it later.

No patient information. None.

Do not share patient names, dates of birth, record numbers, dates of service, images, chart screenshots, or any set of details specific enough to identify someone. Your experience of a case is yours to tell. The case is not.

Facilitators will interrupt you mid-sentence if you get close to this line. That is their job, it is not a reprimand, and you should expect it to happen to you at some point.

How we behave here

• Bring the real version. The polished one is for the department meeting.

• No fixing unless asked. When someone shares, receive it first. Ask before advising.

• Describe the system, not the person. Name the pressure, the policy, the metric. Not the colleague, the administrator, or the employer.

• You may always pass. No explanation owed.

• No credential stacking. Title and institution do not set the order of the room.

• Assume everyone here has a mistake that still keeps them up. Respond accordingly.

• No selling. No recruiting, pitching, or soliciting members into any paid program, including your own.

• No screenshots. Of anything, to anywhere.

• Repair is expected. You will land wrong on someone eventually. Say so and stay.

Recording and AI

Teaching segments may be recorded, and we will tell you before we start. Sharing is never recorded. AI notetakers, transcription bots, and meeting assistants are not permitted in any live session and will be removed. Nothing from this community is used to train AI, or used in a book, film, talk, or marketing material. If your story would be valuable to the wider work, we will ask you separately, in writing, outside this room, and you are free to say no.

Who is here, and who is not

Every member is credential-verified before they are admitted. Administrators, executives, vendors, recruiters, consultants, coaches, journalists, and researchers are not admitted. Misrepresenting your credentials to gain access results in immediate removal.

You may use a display pseudonym. We will still verify who you are and hold that privately. Your profile will show that you are a verified clinician. This carries no stigma here and a number of members use it.

What ends a membership immediately

• Breaking confidentiality — repeating, screenshotting, or posting anything from here elsewhere

• Harassment, contempt, or targeting another member

• Misrepresenting your credentials

• Entering as press, a researcher, or a recruiter without disclosure

Lesser breaches — posting patient detail, selling, naming an employer — get content removal and a private conversation first. The Founder decides removals and you will always be told the reason.

Membership and money

• $29 per month, or $290 per year. Cancel any time; it ends at the close of your paid period.

• There is a no-cost hardship tier. Ask and it is granted. No explanation required, nothing shown on your profile.

• Join before 31 December 2026 and your rate holds as long as your membership is continuous.

• We do not take sponsorship from pharmaceutical, device, EHR, insurer, or staffing companies, and we do not sell member data — not now, and not in any future sale of the business.

Acceptance

I have read this Agreement. I meet the eligibility requirements, the credentials I have provided are accurate, and I agree to be bound by these terms, including the confidentiality obligation, which continues after my membership ends.
